Day 49

Yay - another indulgence!

But what I really need now is a good night's sleep - I've woken up the last couple of nights with strange dreams (a laptop/skateboard?) and am really looking forward to a good night's rest.

egg and wilted arugula on rye
milk
broccoli rabe and tomato sauce

mid-morning snack

egg white

Lunch

chapati
tuna
arugula
avocado
carrots

mid-afternoon snack

yogurt

Dinner

apple. banana. milk. Egg white.

Evening Snack

fruit salad and yogurt

  1. Could a sleep-marathon be counted as an indulgence? Or better: having an indulgence and then going to sleep for the whole weekend!
